Which delivery options are available in my area?

Fresh and frozen food runs on eligible Ontario routes; everywhere else, the shippable snack range and general supplies are delivered by courier. Shopify calculates the available rates for your address at checkout.

Do you offer account pricing for centres?

Yes. Sign in to see your negotiated pricing, saved order forms and past orders. Prices shown to signed-out visitors are standard online pricing in CAD.

Can you help plan and assemble a whole room?

An account manager will build the quote with you, and finance and assembly options are available on larger furniture projects. Talk to the team to confirm what applies to your project and location.

What happens if something is out of stock?

Out-of-stock items show an estimated return date and a notify-me option, so you're emailed the moment it's back. [APP] back-in-stock alerts
