Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge are our primary markets. We also work throughout the surrounding communities and rural properties within about an hour of our shop in Bright, Ontario.
02 Does Cass handle both design and construction?
Yes. Cass is a design-build company: design, selections, estimating, project management and construction all happen in-house, so you work with one accountable team instead of coordinating separate designers and contractors.
03 What types of renovation projects does Cass specialize in?
Whole-home and main floor renovations are our focus. We also complete kitchen and bathroom renovations, basements, and aging-in-place and multigenerational transformations.
04 Does Cass build custom homes?
Yes. We design and build new homes from the ground up. Cass is HCRA licensed, and our custom builds are covered by Tarion warranty.
05 How does the Cass design-build process work?
