Dispatch is live 24 hours a day and mobile units run the whole GTA. For emergencies we target one-hour arrival; for planned work you pick a window that suits you.
How does pricing work? +
Flat rates, quoted and approved before any work starts. No after-hours premium, and no new line items once the job is under way.
What counts as an emergency? +
Burst pipes, sewage backups, flooded basements — anything where water is uncontrollable or fixtures have stopped working entirely. If you are unsure, describe it on the phone and we will tell you whether it can wait.
Are you licensed and insured? +

Do you warranty the work? +
Warranties run up to 30 years on qualifying repairs, and drain and sewer work is camera verified before we close up, so you can see the result for yourself.
